πŸ›’ Ingredients

  • Raw mango – 1 (medium, peeled & chopped)

  • Grated coconut – 1 cup

  • Green chilies – 2–3

  • Shallots – 2 (optional)

  • Curry leaves – few

  • Salt – to taste

  • Coconut oil – 1 tsp

  1. Chop raw mango into small pieces.

  2. Grind mango, coconut, green chilies, shallots, curry leaves & salt into a coarse paste (don’t add much water).

  3. Drizzle coconut oil on top for that authentic Kerala taste.

πŸ‘‰ Use sour raw mangoes for the best flavor. If the mango is less sour, add a tiny piece of tamarind while grinding.
