๐ Ingredients

Raw mango – 1 (medium, peeled & chopped)

Grated coconut – 1 cup

Green chilies – 2–3

Shallots – 2 (optional)

Curry leaves – few

Salt – to taste

Coconut oil – 1 tsp
๐ฉ๐ณ Method

Chop raw mango into small pieces.

Grind mango, coconut, green chilies, shallots, curry leaves & salt into a coarse paste (don’t add much water).

Drizzle coconut oil on top for that authentic Kerala taste.

๐ Use sour raw mangoes for the best flavor. If the mango is less sour, add a tiny piece of tamarind while grinding.
